How GPU Unlock handles information when you use gpu-unlock.online.

GPU Unlock is an unofficial community reference website. In this policy, “we” refers to the operator of gpu-unlock.online. This policy covers this website and correspondence sent to its contact address. It does not cover the upstream GPU Unlock software or external websites.
Information We Collect
The website is a static GPU compatibility tool. It has no accounts, registration, payments or application database. Compatibility checks use a local static dataset in your browser. The checker does not upload the GPU model or operating system you select, add them to the page URL, or attach them to analytics events.
Requests for pages, assets and the deployment version file necessarily reach the hosting infrastructure. Those requests can include your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser headers and referring page information. This infrastructure processing is separate from the local compatibility calculation.
If you email us, the email service and website operator can receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. Do not send passwords, private keys or unnecessary personal information.
Analytics and Cookies
On the production domain, we load the Plausible analytics script supplied for this site from app.888715.xyz. Analytics requests go to that host’s /api/event endpoint. The installed script records page visits, referring URLs, scroll depth and time spent engaging with a page. Requests also expose normal network information, including the IP address and browser headers, to that analytics host. The service may derive browser, operating system, device type and approximate location from these requests; this is distinct from the system you select in the checker. We do not claim that this installation has the same hosting location or retention settings as Plausible’s hosted cloud service.
The site does not enable optional outbound-link, download or form-submission tracking, and does not send custom GPU-query events or selected GPU or system values. Analytics describes browsing activity, not your hardware configuration. See Plausible’s data-policy explanation for the product’s general design; our installation’s hosting and server logs are separate considerations.
Our own code does not set cookies or use Local Storage. The supplied analytics script reads an existing plausible_ignore Local Storage flag to honor a browser-level analytics exclusion; it does not create that flag. The version checker uses Session Storage under gpu-unlock-refresh-target to prevent repeated automatic refreshes for the same deployment. It stores only a deployment version, not a visitor identifier or GPU choice. Session Storage is normally scoped to the tab’s page session, subject to browser restore behavior.
Cloudflare may use security cookies when its protection features require them. These are infrastructure cookies, separate from our site’s version marker and Plausible requests. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation.
You can block analytics requests with browser privacy controls. Setting plausible_ignore to true in Local Storage for this site stops the supplied script from sending events in that browser; removing it restores the default behavior. The checker does not require analytics. This version has no consent banner or consent-preference store. Browser controls and an opt-out do not replace prior consent where local law requires it; analytics must be disabled in such circumstances until an appropriate consent mechanism is in place.
How We Use Information
We use browsing statistics to understand site usage and improve documentation. Infrastructure request information supports page delivery, reliability and security. We use correspondence to respond to questions, correct information and handle privacy requests. We do not sell personal information, use GPU selections for advertising, or build advertising profiles.
Where a legal basis is required, responding to a message and maintaining a secure, usable website may rely on legitimate interests, subject to applicable law and your rights. We process information to meet legal obligations where required. Analytics must rely on a basis permitted in the visitor’s jurisdiction; this policy does not treat visiting the site as consent to tracking.
Third-Party Services
The site is prepared for hosting and delivery through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare can process request information and provide infrastructure traffic statistics. The website operator’s ordinary Cloudflare dashboard metrics are separate from the Plausible browser script. This source does not add a Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon. A beacon enabled through the Cloudflare dashboard would be an additional deployment setting that must be reflected in this policy.
See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its processing. Fonts, images and compatibility data are served as site assets; this website does not embed GitHub widgets or fetch GitHub data during a compatibility query.
GitHub links open third-party websites. Once you follow a link, GitHub handles your interaction under its Privacy Statement and applicable terms. The same principle applies to other external links. A contact link opens your email application; sending a message involves your email provider and the receiving provider.
Data Retention
GPU query selections remain in the current page’s browser memory and are not retained by a website database. Browser back/forward or session restoration may restore page state. The refresh marker follows the browser’s Session Storage lifecycle and can be cleared through site-data controls.
We retain correspondence only while needed to address the request, resolve related matters or meet applicable legal obligations, then delete it when no longer needed. No fixed email retention period has been established in this version. Analytics records and infrastructure logs follow the actual provider configuration and applicable obligations; a verified fixed retention period for this installation has not been supplied. Contact us for current details rather than assuming Plausible cloud defaults apply.
Data Security
We use HTTPS on the production website and limit the data the tool sends. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Send only information necessary for your request, and remove sensitive information from any logs you share.
International Visitors
Hosting, analytics and email providers may process information in countries other than yours. The location of the analytics host cannot be inferred from its domain name. Applicable law may require safeguards for international transfers; we do not claim that all information stays in a particular country or that visiting the site waives your rights.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have a right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority. These rights can have legal conditions and exceptions.
Use Contact Us to email your request. Include enough context to identify the information involved; do not send identity documents unless they are necessary and specifically requested. We may need proportionate verification before acting. We cannot retrieve a GPU-query history that the tool never sent to us. Requests concerning information controlled independently by another provider may need to be directed to that provider.
Children’s Privacy
The site provides technical reference information and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it under applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service or its data practices change. The updated text will appear at this URL with its revision date. Material new processing will be disclosed before it begins, and consent will be requested where required. A revised notice does not by itself authorize processing that requires consent.

The operator’s legal identity, location, first publication date, analytics hosting location and applicable provider retention settings still require confirmation. No company name, registered address or governing jurisdiction is asserted here.
